RE: Case # 050600303

Dear Judge Mower,

I received an e-mail today from Angie Kaibetony (copy attached). It’s short and to the point, that is to say, it was insulting.

While there is no restriction that I know of from Ms. Kaibetony contacting me, there is no doubt that I am prohibited by the injunction from contacting her.

I think this e-mail is a blatant attempt on Ms. Kaibetony’s part to get me to violate the injunction with a short-tempered, in-kind response. The fact that she would do this so soon after I agreed not to contest the injunction suggests that Ms. Kaibetony does not fear for her personal safety as she claims and that the issues she has brought up and used against me have little to do with me personally and are really just issues that she needs to resolve herself.

I would like to request a court order barring Ms. Kaibetony from contacting me to the same degree that her injunction against me is worded. I have gladly agreed not to contact her and would appreciate not having to deal with receiving insulting e-mails from her.

Sincerely,

Joseph L. Puente
